All items are handmade and carefully inspected before shipping. All sales are final, and returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Refund requests are only accepted before an order ships. To request a refund, please email chonky.chicc@gmail.com with your order details.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and with clear photos of the item, its packaging, and any visible damage. I’ll review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping rates are fixed, and I currently ship within Canada and the United States using Chit Chats.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, as these are beyond my control.
